1. Credit/Debit Cards

All card transactions are processed securely via Paypal, ensuring that your payment information is encrypted and protected at all times.

2. Bank transfers (Wire transfers)

For larger transactions or if you prefer direct payments, we accept bank transfers. Once you choose this option, we’ll provide you with our bank details, including the IBAN, SWIFT/BIC code and reference instructions to ensure your payment is properly credited.

Please note that international transfers may take several days to process, depending on your bank.

3. PayPal

We also accept payments via PayPal, a trusted global payment gateway. PayPal allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, credit/debit card, or bank account, offering an extra layer of security. 

4. Payment plans (for large projects)

For larger projects, we offer flexible payment plans. Typically, payments are broken down into milestones—such as an initial deposit followed by progress payments at key stages of the project. This arrangement ensures transparency and spreads the cost over time, aligning with project completion phases.

5. Invoicing and billing cycles

For ongoing services, such as digital marketing retainers or website maintenance, we offer flexible monthly or quarterly invoicing. Payment terms for invoices are typically net 7 or net 15 days, unless otherwise agreed.

All invoices will be sent via email in a secure PDF format with clear payment instructions and due dates.

6. Secure payment processing

We take security seriously. All online payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant gateways to ensure your payment information is safe. Whether you’re using credit cards, PayPal your data is encrypted and handled with the highest level of security.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, according to our refund policy. If you have any issues or need to cancel a service please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@bytenk.com or +385 99 754 8373 and we will work with you to resolve the issue. After project has been done WE DO NOT offer any refund anymore. Refund is only possible if we didn’t do/start to work on your project.
